Garden Fresh Baked Zucchini with a Balsamic Glaze

This is the first zucchini I picked from my garden, so I wanted to make it especially tasty!

Slice zucchini into 1/4 inch vertical slices. Sprinkle Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, Lemon Pepper and Red Pepper flakes over the slices after you layer them on a sheet of tinfoil. Add fresh chives, rosemary and lemon basil form the garden then drizzle Italian Dressing and Balsamic Vinaigrette over them. I heated mine using a gas grill and baked them for approximately 15 minutes.
And let me say, DAMN were they Fantastic!!
