First, marinate medium shrimp in two separate to-go boxes; one with basil seasoning and basil aioli sauce, the second with red pepper flakes and roasted pineapple habanero sauce anywhere from one minute to an hour. Spray both your tinfoil coated pans (or make two tinfoil boats in one pan) and set to medium high, cooking the shrimp for about six minutes. While your shrimp is cooking, layer your tortillas with spinach and diced tomatoes and then top them off with three to four shrimp each and drizzle leftover sauce from pans.
