Lobster can be a Sandwich Too!

Lobster Rolls

Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Bread or Buns Fresh Spinach ½ lbs. Imitation Lobster Meat 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise 1 dash Hot Pepper Sauce (your favorite – today we will go with …..) 2 Green Onions, chopped 1 Stalk Celery, finely chopped Salt and Pepper to taste 1 dash of Basil In a medium bowl, add the lobster, green onions, celery and mix. Stir in the mayonnaise, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper until well blended. If you want your sandwich on the hot side of your taste buds, cook the lobster over medium heat for about five minutes before mixing it in. I personally like it cold-cut style. Lightly warm buns or bread in toaster or toaster oven & line with spinach leaves. Spread the lobster filling onto the buns and lightly sprinkle basil on before adding the top bun. Cut in half and have a great time!
